Any sort of bar chart or line graph will do for this part.
Note that a line graph has to be pretty much perfectly constructed to get A.6a. Any single major fault will automatically drop you down to 4 (or possibly 5) marks.
This means making a conclusion. A conclusion is a summary of what your results tell you.
Your conclusion must correctly describe what happens. The easiest way to identify trends is to look at your graph and its shape.
For a simple straight line graph you can have;

rate of increase/decrease.
i.e. is it increasing/decreasing by a small or large amount.
